摘要
针对某电厂3号炉运行煤种偏离设计煤质、设计炉膛沾污系数相对偏大造成空气预热器入口烟温、主汽温、再热汽温不能达到设计值等问题,进行了锅炉试验测定和问题原因分析,制定了最终的改造方案。实践证明,通过调整对流受热面面积,将过热器末段间连接交叉布置改为平行布置,能够提高空气预热器入口烟温、主汽温和再热汽温,降低过热器热偏差,提高锅炉效率。
The quality of coal used in No.3 Boiler of a power plant under the designed coal quality and the relatively higher store chamber contamination coefficient caused the failure of the fume temperature at the inlet of air preheater, principal steam temperature and temperature of reheated steam to reach the designed values. An updating scheme was worked out through boiler test and trouble shooting. Practice proved that the change in the overheater end connection from cross arrangement to parallel arrangement can increase the air preheater inlet fume temperature, principal steam temperature and reheated steam temperature, and reduce the thermal deviation of overheater, and improve the efficiency of boiler.
