摘要
介绍了黑龙江省调度员培训模拟系统的主要组成部分,着重阐述了电力系统模型。包括静态模型及动态潮流模型。对该调度员培训模拟系统的功能进行了详细说明,并分析了其主要特点,数据库的无缝拼接而使系统维护方便,及灵活的培训支持功能。指出了该DTS系统在实际应用过程中存在的不足之处,即动态模型较少及外网等值不准。提出的改进方法是补充模型及对外网采用工程上的静态等值进行计算。
The primary structure and functions of the Heilongjiang dispatcher training simulation system are described with emphasis on its electric system model including static model and dynamic tide model. The seamless matching of database made the system maintenance easy and the training support flexible. The existing drawbacks of the system, such as less dynamic models built and inaccurate external grid equivalent values are pointed out, and solutions, such as addition of models and engineering static equivalent values to be made for external grid, are therefore suggested.
