摘要
目前,在WC—Co硬质合金生产过程中,仍然还有许多企业采用钟罩式H2保护脱蜡炉进行脱蜡。本文对其各种工艺参数(脱蜡温度、脱蜡保温时间、H2流量)及其影响因素(压块大小、合金WC晶粒粗细、炉内上、中、下层温度波动)的控制进行了比较详细的探讨,提出了在普遍情况下的最佳工艺。
Currently, the belliar H2 protected dewaxing furnaces are still used by many enterprises in the processing of WC-Co cemented carbide. Various process parameters (dewaxing temperature, dewaxing holding time, H2 volume) and the control of their influence factors (product dimension, WC grains, ranges of temperature changes in the furnace) are discussed in this article and an optimum process in ordinary situation is achieved.
