Superovulation of dairy goat to get oocytes in seasons of nonreproduction

通过在奶山羊的非繁殖季节对奶山羊进行超数排卵以获得供核移植用的卵母细胞的总结,分析了在奶山羊的非繁殖季节奶山羊超排后发情与否的超排效果以及气温、不同FSH剂量等因素对超排效果的影响,从而得出在奶山羊的非繁殖季节应用FSH(递减)-PGF2α-GnRH法,注射三次PG及注射E诱导同步发情,FSH的剂量选择在每只300iu左右,对奶山羊进行超数排卵获得供质卵母细胞,这种方案可以取得比较好的效果。

We summarized our work of superovulation did in the seasons of n onreproduction of dairy goat. At the same time we analysed whether the dairy goat superovulated were in oestrus or not, and the influence- of climate and dosage of FSH to the superovulation effect. We demonstrated that the combination of FSH(reducing the dosage gradually) - PGF2a - GnRH (three PG injections and one E2 injection to induce synchroniza-tion, the dose of FSH is about 300IU per goat) is more effective in obtaining oocytes as recipient cytoplasm.
