摘要
本实验对三种日粮条件下,山羊的部分血液生化指标进行了测试研究。12只当地黄淮山羊随机分为三组,每组4只,分别饲喂不同的氮源饲料。第一组是豆粕型日粮;第二组是豆粕+鱼粉型;第三组是尿素型。从试验数据可以看出,饲喂尿素型日粮的试羊,其血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清NPN、血清无机P高于其它两组;饲喂鱼粉型日粮的试羊,其血清总蛋白和球蛋白以及血脂较高;饲喂豆粕型日粮的试羊,其血糖、血清Ca处于较高的水平。这说明不同的氮源饲料,对血液的生化指标所产生的影响也不同。
The effects of three kinds of feeds on blood biochemical parameters of goats were examined. There were twelve goats which were divided into three groups. The first group was fed with the feed of soybean meal, the second group was fed with the feed of Soybean meal and fish meal, the third was urea. From the figures obtained from the experiment, the goats' blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum NPNand inorganic phopphorus in the third group was higher than the others; the serum total fat, serum total protein and globulin in the second group was the highest one; The goats fed only with Soybean meal, serum calcium and blood glucose showed a high lever. It suggested that those feeds with different nitrogenous source were related with some blood biochemical index.
