摘要
提出了一种基于瞬时电流控制的抑制开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的微步控制策略.首先,由电机的矩角特性和转矩星型图,控制不同位置时各相电流幅值的大小,合成出多个派生转矩矢量,近而使电机步进角减小即每转步数增加,从而使转矩能够平滑过渡,达到减小电机转矩脉动的目的;其次,采用高性能的TMS320F2407DSP控制器实现了该控制方法.仿真结果表明该控制策略不仅简单,而且有效地减小了转矩脉动.
In this paper, a novel micro-step method based on instantaneous current aiming to reduce the torque ripple is proposed. Multi derivative torque vectors can be derived in the space by using the control of very phase current via rotor position. The motor's step angle is reduced and a smooth torque can be improved. Thus torque ripple of motor is diminished. The above strategy is implemented by using TMS320LF2407 DSP controller. Simulation and experiment results show that this strategy can effectively minimize the torque ripple and is easy to be realized.
