摘要
通过对高速焊过程的分析,提出了一种新形的焊接电流波形控制方法,并利用MATLAB环境下的Simulink工具,建立了波控高速焊系统的动态仿真模型,包括逆变电源模型、电弧负载模型、送丝机构模型和波控控制系统模型。在此基础上,进行了仿真分析,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果相一致,说明所建立的模型是正确的。
This paper puts forward a new method of welding current waveform control. By using the simulink toolbar of the MATLAB the dynamic simulation model of the waveform control high-speed welding system is established, which include the inverter power source model, the arc load model, the wire-feed system model and the control system model. Based on the model a simulational analysis is made, and many experiments are carried out. The results show that the simulational result is identical with the experimental result.
