摘要
建立了一种U型波纹管自振频率计算的有限元模型,利用美国SDRC公司的I deas软件,对波纹管的每层进行网格划分、层与层之间用刚性单元和弹簧单元进行耦合以及简化处理法兰盘和加强环等附加件,然后对有加强环和无加强环的两种波纹管进行自振频率计算,最后与实验结果进行对比。对比结果表明该方法是正确的。
A finite element model for calculating U-shaped bellows natural frenqueney is established.By using I-deas software to mesh every layers,couple layers by rigid and spring elements,and simply dispose of the affixes such as flange and reinforced loops,the natural frenquencies of two kinds of bellows with no and reinforced loops are calculated and are compared with that of experimental results.This shows the model is right.
