摘要
高等教育大众化进程对精英阶段高等教育的教学质量观提出了挑战,同时也要求精英阶段的教学质量评价体系应进行改革,以适应大众化的要求。文章从教学输入、教学过程、教学输出这一教学活动的基本模型出发,对构建新型教学质量评价体系进行了初步探讨,以期促进教学质量观的转变,使教学质量评价工作能更好地适应大众化高等教育发展的要求。
With the development of higher education massification, the notion and the assessing system of education quality in elite higher education are challenged and must be adapted new circumstances. Based on the basic model of educational inputs, processes and outcomes, a preliminary discussion of constructing a new assessing system of education quality is presented aiming at promoting the conversion of quality notion and making the assessment fit in more with the development of in higher education massification.
