摘要
针对我国即将建造的时速大于200km/h的铁路线路,研制既安全又耐用的制动闸片已成为当务之急。为了在模拟车辆的工作条件下,对粉末冶金复合材料闸片的性能进行研究,研制了一台高速列车闸片材料试验机,该机操作简单、安全,性能可靠,可用于对闸片材料配方和工艺的筛选研究,为进一步进行1∶1试验提供性能较佳的闸片材料。
Since the high-speed rolling stocks which reach a speed of more than 200km/h are coming to use in our country,the brake used on them must be effective and durable.In order to study the material properties and select powder metallurgy(P/M) brake materials under the simulated operating mode,a brake tester has been designed and manufactured which has the features of being easily operated, safe and reliable.
