摘要
结合吊钟岩特大桥劲性钢骨架的现场加工拼装施工,对劲性钢骨架坐标计算、施工胎架、Q345-C钢材焊接参数、焊接变形控制、拼装工艺等方面进行了介绍,为今后同类劲性钢骨架施工提供了成功经验。
Connecting with the field process and assembly of the steel skeleton for Diaozhongyan arch bridge, this paper introduces the coordinates calculation of the steel skeleton, the construction bracket, the welding parameter of the Q345-C steel, the controlling of welding deformation, assembly technology and etc.The engineering gives the good experience to the future construction of the arch bridge with the steel skeleton.
