大穗型籼稻不育系京福1A的选育及其组合筛选

Breeding of CMS line JingfulA with large-panicle-type indica rice and screening of its combination

以V20B为母本、D297B为父本,通过杂交选育.育成京福1B,再以博白A作质供体,京福1B为核供体,育成新不育系京福1A。京福1A具有穗大粒多、品质较优、不育性稳定、败育彻底、异交特性好、柱头外露率高等特点。京福1A与恢复系配组,F1代表现较好的配合力.根据灰色评判法进行筛选.结果表明,京福1A/明恢67、京福1A/将恢155和京福1A/蜀恢527为优良组合。

JingfulB was got by cross breeding of female parent V20B and male parent D297B. Then Jingfu1B as male parent was backcrossed successively with female parent BobaiA, and the new CMS line Jingfu 1A was obtained. Jingfu1A had larger panicles, more grains, better quality, more stable male sterility, complete abortion, better stigma exsertion and higher outcrossing rate. The F] hybrids which derived from the combinations of JingfulA with restorer lines, existed better combining ability. According to the method of grey judgement, the screening result showed that Jingfu1A/Minghui67. JingfulA/Jianghuil55 and JingfulA/Shuhui527 were good combinations.
