摘要
研究了杨梅果实的适宜采收成熟度及盒装保鲜技术。结果表明,采用八到九成熟的杨梅果实,经保鲜液B 500倍液浸果1 min后,晾干、分装在PVC盒内,安海种在室温(24℃±6℃)下贮藏6d,安海变种在泡沫箱加冰袋包装下贮藏15 d,好果率分别达87.5%和94.5%,均比相应对照提高38.4个百分点。
The proper havest maturity and box-packaged storage technique of waxberry were studied. The results showed that waxberry (maturity were 80% to 90%) were immersed in fresh-maintaining liquid B for 1 minute, packaged with PVC-box after dried in air, the healthy fruits rate of Anhai waxberry was 87. 5% after 6 days at ambient room (24C+6C), and that of Anhai variation remained 94. 3% after 15 days in fram-box added ice.
