摘要
提出了双循环流化床烟气悬浮脱硫工艺,它由两级分离装置———反应塔内部的惯性分离装置和塔外的下排气旋风分离器构成.在3000m3/h试验台上进行了试验研究,得到了工艺的阻力特性、干燥特性以及脱硫性能.并将该工艺用于75t/h锅炉烟气脱硫工程,结果表明,在Ca/S比为1.3与近绝热饱和温度为8℃条件下,脱硫效率达92%,浆液滴干燥时间为1.5~2.0s,系统阻力为1kPa.
The flue gas suspension desulfurization process with dual circulating fluidized bed was proposed. The process is composed of dual separating facility - inner inertia separator and outer cyclone separator with downward exhaust gas. The resistance characteristics, SO2 removal and drying performances were obtained from the experimental study carried out in a 3000 m3/h pilot scale test unit. The process has been industrially applied in the 75 t/h boiler in a thermal power station. It is shown that SO2 removal of 92% is achieved at Ca/S = 1.3, AAST = 8°C, and the drying time of slurry is approximately 1.5-2.0 s, the resistance drop is 1 kPa.
