摘要
自国家提出建立城乡统一的建设用地市场,北京市稳步开展集体建设用地改革,集体建设用地创新利用成为焦点。文章从土地入股流转、村企合作联营、用地更新及统筹三个角度揭示创新利用中存在的问题,以此为基础试图梳理进一步创新利用的方向,以期对北京市集体建设用地创新利用做出贡献。
Since the state proposed establishing combined urban and rural construction land market. Beijing city has steadily carried out the collective construction land reform, innovative utilization of collectively-owned construction land has become a focus. This paper tries to find out further innovation and utilization direction from three aspects. They are about circulation of shares, joint venture of village and town, land renewal and coordination. And the paper contributes to the innovative use of collective construction land in Beijing based on the three aspects above.
