摘要
2017年9月《北京城市总体规划(2016-2035年)》获得批复,新总体规划中对北京小城镇的未来发展提出了新的要求及目标。本文以北京部分小城镇为研究对象,通过了解其现状发展情况及总体规划实施的困境,反思上版小城镇总体规划编制方法存在的问题。结合新背景下小城镇总体规划编制思路及内容的转变,对北京小城镇总体规划编制方法进行探究。
In September 2017 the "Beijing Urban Master Plan(2016-2035)" have approved, which proposed new requirement and goals for the future development of small towns in Beijing. By analyzing their development, the status of implementation, and the difficulties of overall planning, this paper focuses on exploring the problems in compiling method version of the overall planning for part of the small town in Beijing. Combining with the change of new planning thought, this paper explores the preparation methods of Beijing overall planning of small towns.
