摘要
在进出料时阳光仍然投射在太阳能干燥装置上,但这部分太阳能未被利用。为了提高太阳能干燥装置全天使用效率,研究利用这部分太阳能是有意义的。此外,有些物料的再吸附能力较强,先、后投入装置的物料,干、湿程度相差很大,它们共聚一室也不利于缩短先投入物料的干燥周期,不利于装置的周转。本文报道的对式太阳能干燥装置,将一个装置分成两区,既能分区运行,又能互调各区能量,较好地解决了上述有关问题。
It takes a lot of time to load wet materials into a solar drier with a large opening and to unload dried materials from it. During this period, sunlight comes into the drier through the cover, the absorbed solar irradiation is not used. This paper describes a double space solar drier. The twin spaces can be operated independently and solar energy received in one space can be transferred to the other one for use. So the utilization efficiency of solar radiation energy absorbed in the drier is raised during the day time and the drying period is shortened. The practical performance of such a solar drier is described.
