结构转型对贫富差距的微观机理及跨期调节——基于平滑转移的阈值协整分析

Microscopic Mechanism of Wealth Gap and Inter-temporal Adjustment from Structural Transformation Based on Smooth Transfer Threshold Co-integration Analysis

把握结构转型对贫富差距的作用机理能够从微观视角全面认知贫富差距,对于缩小贫富差距、协调社会发展具有重要的现实意义。利用平滑转移的阈值协整模型,对结构转型过程中贫富差距所表现出的非线性特征进行刻画,结果发现:结构转型对贫富差距的影响具有滞后性和非对称性的特点。滞后性表现为贫富差距在结构转型的滞后3期才发生非线性变动,而非对称性表现为当结构转型变动程度相同时,贫富差距的变动程度不同,由此隐含了政策对贫富差距的调节具有非对称的特点。因此,在转型的背景下,缩小贫富差距既需要健全体制,又需要合理的调控政策操作力度。

To grasp the function of restructuring mechanism can be fully used to recognize the gap between rich and poor from the micro perspective and it has important practical significance for narrowing this gap and coordinating the social development.This paper uses smooth transferred threshold co-integration model to describe the non-linear characteristics shown by the gap in the process of restricting it.The findings show that the restructuring has the hysteretic and non-symmetrical impacts on wealth gap.As for hysteretic nature,wealth gap makes non-linear structural transformation in lag three.As to asymmetry,structural transformation changes to the same extent,while wealth gap changes to different extents,which implies that the adjustment of wealth gap from policy is asymmetric.Therefore,in the transitional context,we should not only build a sound system,but also regulate reasonably the operation efforts of policy to narrow down wealth gap.
