摘要
进入新世纪以来,中国的房地产行业出现了高速的增长。基于我国286个城市2000-2014年的面板数据,本文采用广义距估计法研究了房地产行业的发展对企业家精神的影响。实证结果表明,房地产行业的发展对企业家精神带来了负面的影响。在此基础上,我们又进一步地研究了在不同的金融发展水平、基础设施水平和城市规模的条件下,这种影响存在着一定的差异。企业家精神对于我国经济保持长期增长的关键,因此房地产行业的发展对企业家精神的不利影响需要引起足够的重视。
From the beginning of this century,the real estate industry made rapid development in China.This paper analyzes the effect of the development of real estate industry on entrepreneurship,and uses Generalized Method of Moments to do an empirical analysis based on panel data of286 Chinese cities.We find that the booming of real estate industry has negative effects on entrepreneurship,and then we do a further research based on different financial development level,the quality of infrastructure construction and city size.Entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting economic development.And the negative effects of the development of real estate industry on entrepreneurship should not be ignored.This paper provides some advice to boost supply-side reform based on the angle of real estate industry and entrepreneurship under the background of ‘China New Normal'.
