海归回流对中国技术创新的非线性研究——基于经济增长结构视角

The Nonlinear Study of Returnees Reflux and Technology Innovation:A Perspective of Economic Growth Structure

以经济增长结构为视角,探讨现行转型经济环境下海归回流对技术创新的影响程度。选取2000-2014年中国省际面板数据,根据主成分分析法构建经济增长结构指标,采用门限回归等方法检验海归溢出对技术创新的影响。结果表明:海归回流促进了各地区技术创新;而且随着经济增长结构水平的不同,海归对技术创新的贡献度呈现出显著的区间效应;不同地区经济结构应进行战略性升级与改革,以更好利于海归技术溢出效应的充分发挥。

This paper intends to explore how intellectual returnees influence technological innovation from the perspective of economic growth structure when the current economy is in transition.With empirical evidences of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2014,the results show that,in the current economic growth structure,the returnees reflux promotes technological innovation in various regions of China,while the returnees reflux has threshold effects on technological innovation due to different levels of the economic growth structure.This paper emphasizes the importance of the strategic adjustment and reforms of economic growth structure for better performance of intellectual returnees.
