房价、住房产权条件与城镇居民社会信任 被引量:5

House Price,Property Rights and Residents Social Trust

摘要 基于2010年中国社会综合调查(CGSS2010)研究了房价对城镇居民社会信任的影响。2SLS估计结果表明,房价对城镇居民的社会信任产生了显著的不利影响。进一步的研究表明,对于拥有住房产权的居民来说,高房价会显著降低其对亲戚朋友的信任,但是对其他方面的信任没有显著影响;而对于没有住房产权的居民来说,高房价会显著降低其各方面的社会信任水平,包括对家人、亲戚朋友、领导干部以及政府的信任。同时还发现,对于不受房价影响的农村居民来说,高房价不影响其社会信任水平。 Using China Gross Social Survey in 2010,this paper studies the effects of house price on people's social trust.2SLS estimates suggest that the high house price has significant and negative effects on social trust.In addition,it is found that for those owing some property rights of their house,the house price only has some significantly negative effect on their confidence in family members.But for those who do not own any property rights of their house,the house price has significantly negative effects on their confidence in family members,relatives,leaders,center governments and local governments.We also use samples of rural residents to check the robustness of our estimates.The results show that social trusts of rural residents are not affected by the house price.
