摘要
使用CGSS(2013)数据,利用有序Probit模型定量检验非正规就业对居民社会公平认知的影响,然后从权利公平、机会公平和规则公平角度考察非正规就业影响居民社会公平认知的传导机制。研究发现:非正规就业是影响居民社会公平认知的重要因素,如果居民从事非正规就业,那么他们对社会总体公平程度的评价会显著偏低。非正规就业对男性居民社会公平认知造成的损失大于女性居民,对城镇居民社会公平认知造成的损失大于农村居民。非正规就业通过降低居民权利公平认知、机会公平认知以及规则公平认知,进一步降低了居民对社会总体公平程度的认知。
Using the CGSS(2013),this paper systematically studies the impact of informal employment on residents' social justice cognition,and then examines the transmission mechanism of informal employment affecting residents' social justice cognition.It is found that informal employment is the important factor influencing residents' social justice cognition.If residents are engaged in informal employment,their social justice cognition will be significantly reduced.Informal employment losses men'social justice cognition more than women,and losses urban social residents' social justice cognition more than rural residents.Transmission mechanism shows that informal employment losses residents' social justice cognition by reducing residents' rights justice cognition,opportunity justice cognition and regulation justice cognition.
