摘要
基于媒介丰富度理论,以企业间跨组织合作为研究情境,通过对519份问卷数据的统计分析,探讨了四种不同的跨组织合作任务对企业使用两种不同的网络交互媒介以及沟通有效性的影响。研究发现:不同的跨组织合作任务根据其任务特征的不同,企业会使用不同的网络交互策略进行沟通。对于合同详尽性和共同解决问题,企业会更多地使用社交媒体工具赋能的交互策略;对于合同监督和共同制定计划,企业会更多地使用跨组织信息系统赋能的交互策略。社交媒体工具赋能的交互策略和跨组织信息系统赋能的交互策略都会正向影响沟通有效性。
Based on the view of media richness theory and taking inter organizational cooperation between firms as the research context,this paper investigates the impacts of four different inter organizational cooperation tasks on the choice of two types of Internet interactive strategies and their impacts on communication effectiveness by analyzing the data collected from 539 manufacturers.The results from statistical analysis indicates that because of the different characteristics of these inter organizational cooperation tasks,firms will use different Internet interactive media accordingly.Regarding to explicit contracting and joint problem solving,firms have more tendency to use SM(social media)enabled interactive strategies.Regarding to contract monitoring and joint planning,firms have more tendency to use IOS(inter-organizational system)enabled interactive strategies.Both IOS and SM enabled interactive strategies will positively influence communication effectiveness.
