摘要
目的:探讨注射用派托拉唑控制胃溃疡出血临床效果。方法:收治胃溃疡出血患者186例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各93例,两组均给予口服克林霉素500mg/次,2次/日,椽缘酸铋钾1袋/次,4次/日冲服,阿莫西林1000mg/次,2次/日口服,连续治疗7天。然后对照组单用奥美拉唑40mg/次,1次/天静滴,连续3周;观察组单用泮托拉唑40mg/次,1次/天静滴,连续3周。结果:观察组完全愈合81例,完全愈合率87.1%,基本愈合9例,基本愈合率9.7%,有效3例,有效率3.2%;对照组完全愈合80例,完全愈合率86.0%,基本愈合10例,基本愈合率10.8%,有效3例,有效率3.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡出血与奥美拉唑疗效无统计学意义,且费用低廉。
Objective:To investigate faction Pantoprazole injection control bleeding ulcer clinical effect.Method:August 2012 to July 2013 ulcer bleeding in patients treated 186 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the 93 cases,two groups were given oral clindamycin 500mg/times,2 times/day,rafters 1 bag edge bismuth potassium/4 times/day,blunt,amoxicillin 1000mg/times,2 times/day orally for the treatment of 7 days.The control group and then with omeprazole 40mg/times,1 times/day intravenously for 3 weeks;observation group alone pantoprazole 40mg/times,1 times/day intravenously for 3 consecutive weeks.Results:The complete healing of 81 cases,complete healing rate of 87.1%,almost healed nine cases,the basic healing rate of 9.7%,effective in 3 cases,the efficiency of 3.2%;80 cases in the control group healed completely,completely healing rate of 86.0%,almost healed 10 cases,the basic healing rate of 10.8%,effective in 3 cases,the efficiency of 3.2%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)groups.Conclusion:Pantoprazole was no significant difference in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding and efficacy of omeprazole,and inexpensive,worthy of promotion.
