人流术后补佳乐促进子宫内膜修复预防宫腔粘连临床观察

The clinical observation of progynova promote endometrial repair and prevente intrauterine adhesions after abortion

目的:研究人流术后口服补佳乐促进子宫内膜修复预防宫腔粘连的可行性。方法:2012年11月-2013年11月收治行>2次人流术患者80例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组在人流术后服用补佳乐联合安宫黄体酮序贯治疗,连续用药3个周期,对照组不给药。根据术后随访,比较术后首次月经恢复时间和月经量有无减少,闭经和宫腔粘连的发生率。结果:观察组40例患者在月经恢复情况、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜厚度、阴道流血量以及阴道流血时间等方面与对照组相比,优势显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补佳乐能促进人流术后子宫内膜的修复,能预防、改善人流导致的宫腔粘连。

Objective:To study the feasibility of progynova promote endometrial repair and prevente intrauterine adhesions after abortion.Methods:To receive and cure 80 cases of more than 2 times abortion patients from November 2012 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each.The observation group were gived progynova combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate sequential therapy after abortion,continuous administration of three cycles,the control group were not administered.According to the follow-up postoperative,compare postoperative recovery first menstruation time and menstrual volume whether to reduce,the incidence rate of amenorrhea and uterine cavity adhesion.Results:40 cases of the observation group in the menstruation recovery,intrauterine adhesions,endometrial thickness,vaginal bleeding amount and vaginal bleeding time were compared with the control group,the dominance was significant,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progynova can promote endometrial repair after abortion,prevente and improve intrauterine adhesions caused by abortion.
