屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于治疗药物流产后出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets for the treatment of bleeding after drug abortion

目的:探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于治疗药物流产后出血的临床效果观察。方法:随机选取自愿接受药物流产的健康早孕妇女200例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。研究组自孕囊排出后当天开始口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,1片/日,连服21天停药,未服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片为对照组。观察两组阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复时间及清宫情况。结果:研究组阴道出血量及出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05),月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),药流不全清宫率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产后即时口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片可有效减少阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,促进月经周期的恢复及降低药流不全清宫率,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets for the treatment of bleeding after drug abortion.Methods:Randomly selected healthy voluntary abortion early pregnant women for 200 cases,they were randomly divided into the study group(n=100) and the control group(n=100).The study group began to take drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after gestation sac expulsion,1 tablet per day,for 21 days,the control group didn't take drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets.The following four factors were observed:vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,menstruation recovery time and curettage situation.Results:The study group vaginal bleeding and bleeding time were lower than the control group(P<0.05),menstrual recovery time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),curettage rate after incomplete drug flow was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets immediately after drug abortion can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorter bleeding time,promote the recovery of the menstrual cycle and reduce the curettage rate after incomplete drug flow.
