大隐静脉剥脱术联合聚桂醇注射治疗下肢浅静脉曲张94例临床分析

Analysis of 94 cases of varicose vein of lower extremities treated with stripping of great saphenous vein combined lauromacrogol injection

目的:探讨大隐静脉剥脱术联合聚桂醇注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:收治下肢静脉曲张患者94例,选用大隐静脉主干剥脱加聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张。结果:94例患者中,89例术后1周曲张静脉完全消失,其余5例小腿部遗留轻微曲张静脉,1周后再次行聚桂醇硬化注射后消失;1例患者注射后次日出现小腿肿胀,查血管彩超未见静脉血栓,放松结扎弹力绷带后肿胀消失,1例患者注射后下肢肿胀,查血管彩超示下肢深静脉血栓形成,给予抗凝溶栓等治疗后2周完全康复,2例患者注射后轻度干咳,吸氧后好转。无其他并发症。结论:大隐静脉剥脱术联合聚桂醇注射治疗下肢浅静脉曲张疗效确切,不良反应轻微,创伤较小,恢复较快。

Objective:To explore the effect of varicose vein of lower extremities treated with stripping of great saphenous vein combined lauromacrogol injection.Methods:We selected 94 cases of varicose vein of lower extremity patients from 2010 March to 2013 June.These patients were treated with stripping of great saphenous vein combined lauromacrogol injection.Results:In 94 patients,varicose veins of 89 cases disappeared after the operation.5 cases had minor varicose veins at shank,but it disappeared after reinjection of lauromacrogol.1 patient had leg swelling after injection the next day without venous thrombosis.Swelling disappeared after relaxing the pressure bandages.1 patient had leg swelling after injection with venous thrombosis.Patient was cured with anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy for 2 weeks.2 patients had mild cough after injection and were cured after oxygen inhalation.Conclusion:The effect of varicose vein of lower extremities treated with stripping of great saphenous vein combined lauromacrogol is significant with slight adverse reaction and smaller trauma,so it is worth spreading.
