针对性优质护理在治疗支气管哮喘中的应用

The application of targeted high quality nursing care in bronchial asthma

目的:讨论针对性优质护理在治疗支气管哮喘中的应用及疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者104例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组52例。试验组采用常规治疗的同时进行优质护理,对照组采用常规治疗。观察记录试验组和对照组在护理前后的睡眠质量情况,对出院后掌握哮喘知识情况进行评分,并对两组结果进行比较。结果:优质护理试验组睡眠各项指标均高于入院前,且优于护理后的对照组(P<0.05)。优质护理患者哮喘知识掌握情况好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性优质护理能够良好的控制支气管哮喘的发生,同时对患者的睡眠质量有很大提高。

Objective:To discuss the application and effect of targeted high quality nursing care in bronchial.Methods:114 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 52 cases.The experimental group was treated with conventional treatment and care,the control group with conventional therapy.Observe and record the test group and the control group of patients in the sleep quality of nursing before and after discharge,on a scale of mastering the knowledge of asthma,and to compare the results of two groups.Results:the indexes of quality nursing care in experimental group were higher than those in patients with sleep before admission,and was better than the control group that of nursing after(P<0.05).High quality nursing care of patients with asthma knowledge was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted high quality nursing care can well control the occurrence of bronchial asthma,at the same time has a lot to improve the sleep quality of patients,is worth popularizing in clinic.
