摘要
目的:探讨基层医院经桡动脉行冠脉造影的可行性、安全性,总结成败经验。方法:接受冠脉造影患者540例,对其临床资料进行分析。结果:本组顺利完成冠脉造影532例(98.5%),失败8例(1.5%),经桡动脉冠状动脉造影手术失败后改股动脉入路,均成功手术,总成功率100%。结论:基层医院经桡动脉行冠脉造影是安全、可行的,且并发症少,成功率高。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and security in primary hospital of radial artery coronary angiography,and to sum up experience.Methods:We selected 540 cases of coronary angiography of patients from 2008 May to 2012 August.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The successful completion of coronary angiography was 532cases(98.5%),failed in 8 cases(1.5%).The use of femoral artery approach was successful after failure of radial artery coronary angiography,and the total successful rate was 100%.Conclusion:Radial artery coronary angiography is safe and feasible in primary hospital,and it had less complication and high success rate.
