摘要
目的:探讨硝苯地平控释片和厄贝沙坦治疗中、重度高血压病疗效与安全性。方法:纳入中、重度高血压患者122例[收缩压(SBP)>140mmHg,舒张压(DBP)>105mmHg],每天早晨口服硝苯地平控释片30mg与厄贝沙坦胶囊75mg,共治疗4周。观察患者血压、心率、血脂、肝肾功变化。结果:硝苯地平控释片和厄贝沙坦治疗中、重度高血压病4周后,SBP平均值较服用药物之前降低30.2mmHg,DBP平均值降低25.7mmHg,血压达标(SBP<140mmHg,DBP<90mmHg)率85.2%,治疗前后患者各项生化指标均无明显变化,不良反应发生率较低。结论:硝苯地平控释片和厄贝沙坦胶囊联合使用,安全性高,降压作用显著,是治疗中、重度高血压病患者的较好方案之一。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined nifedipine and irbesartan in severe hypertension disease.Methods:Included in 122 cases of severe hypertension [systolic blood pressure(SBP)>140mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(DBP)>105mmHg],every morning oral nifedipine 30mg capsules with irbesartan 75mg,were treated for 4 eeks.Observed in patients with blood pressure,heart rate,blood lipids,liver and kidney function changes.Results:after 4 weeks reatment,SBP reduce 30.2mmHg,DBP mean lower 25.7mmHg compared with the average before taking medication,85.2% of patients reach standard blood pressure(SBP<140mmHg,DBP<90mmHg)biochemical indicators did not change significantly after treatment,and low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:Combined nifedipine and irbesartan in severe hypertension treatment is safe and have significant antihypertensive effect,so it is one of better treatment options.
