摘要
目的:探讨枸橼酸克罗米酚联合小剂量戊酸雌二醇治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:收治多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者132例,按照治疗方法不同分为联合组和对照组,联合组66例给予枸橼酸克罗米酚联合小剂量戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组66例单用枸橼酸克罗米酚治疗。观察并比较两组治疗后的成功排卵数、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液性状、雌二醇和孕酮水平。结果:联合治疗组的成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液性状改善情况、雌二醇和孕酮水平均高于单纯治疗组,两组在这几个指标间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组妊娠率28.79%(19/66),而对照组12.12%(8/66),联合治疗组妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组满意度显著高于对照组,差异也具有统计学意义(Z=-4.702,P<0.05)。结论:对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者给予枸橼酸克罗米酚联合小剂量戊酸雌二醇疗效显著,显著提高妊娠率,安全可靠,是治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的首选药物。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clomiphene citrate combined with small dose of estradiol valerate in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:132 cases of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated from 2011May to 2013 May,and divided into combined group and control group according to the different treatment methods,66 patients in combined group were treated with clomiphene citrate combined with small dose of estradiol valerate treatment,66 cases in the control group only with clomiphene citrate therapy.The two groups were observed and compared after treatment success ovulation,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus properties,the levels of estradiol and progesterone.Results:The combined group were higher than the control group in mature follicles,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus properties to improve the situation and the levels of estradiol and progesterone,differences between the two groups in these indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Combined treatment group,the pregnancy rate was 28.79%(19/66),and 12.12% in the control group(8/66),combined treatment group patients with pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference(Z=-4.702,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant effect of the infertile women with polycystic ovarian syndrome treated with clomiphene citrate combined with small dose of estradiol valerate,which significantly improve the pregnancy rate,safe and reliable,is the drug of choice for treatment of PCOS infertility patients,worthy of clinical application.
