摘要
目的:分析玻璃体出血而行玻璃体手术的原因。方法:对因玻璃体出血行玻璃体手术37例(39只眼)患者的临床资料行回顾性分析,其中糖尿病视网膜病变19例21只眼,原因不明8只眼,其它眼病10只眼。结果:术后随诊6~12个月,33只眼(84.6%)视力有明显好转,6只眼(15.4%)视力无提高。结论:玻璃体切除手术能有效地治疗各种原因导致的玻璃体出血。
Objective:To analyze the causes of vitreous hemorrhage and vitreous operation.Methods:Review clinical data of 37cases(39 eyes)of vitreoretinal operation due to vitreous hemorrhage,including 19 cases(21 eyes)of diabetic retinopathy,8 eyes for unknown reasons,the other eye in 10 eyes.Results:The patients were followed up for 6~12 months,33(84.6%)eyes were improved obviously,6(15.4%)eyes with no improvement in visual acuity.Conclusion:Vitrectomy operation can be effective in the treatment of various causes of hemorrhage.
