奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗牙周病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of periodontal disease omeprazole amoxicillin combined with metronidazole therapy

目的:探讨奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法:收治牙周疾病患者160例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各80例,对照组给予甲硝唑口服,250mg/次,3次/日,观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿莫西林500mg/次,4次/日、奥美拉唑20mg/次,2次/日,两组均连续治疗10天。结果:两组治疗后出血情况和菌斑指标明显下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是观察组治疗后出血情况和菌斑指标下降幅度明显高于对照组,两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总有效率98.75%,对照组总有效率65.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组头晕1例,大便干1例,对照组大便干1例,不良反应少。结论:奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗牙周病临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate omeprazole,amoxicillin periodontal clinical efficacy combined with metronidazole therapy.Methods:July 2011~November 2012 patients with periodontal disease treated 160 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the 80 patients in the control group given oral metronidazole,250mg/time,3times/day,the observation group on the basis of the control group on the use of amoxicillin 500mg/time 4times/day,omeprazole 20mg/time,2times/day,patients were treated for 10 consecutive days.Results:After treatment,patients were bleeding and plaque index decreased significantly after treatment there was a significant difference(P<0.05),but the observation group after treatment of bleeding and plaque index decline was significantly higher in both groups treatment comparison was significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group total efficiency 98.75%,the control group,the total efficiency of 65.0%,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group dizziness one case,dry stool one case, one case of dry stool in the control group,fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion:omeprazole,amoxicillin combined with metronidazole treatment of periodontal disease clinically significant effect,worthy of clinical application.
