论心血瘀阻型房颤患者的中西医结合治疗

Discussion of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Patients with blood stasis type of atrial fibrillation

目的:对中西医结合疗法在心血瘀阻型房颤患者临床治疗中的效果进行分析和讨论。方法:收治心血瘀阻型房颤患者122例,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为治疗组和对照组。其中,对照组采用西医常规疗法,治疗组则采用中西医结合疗法,两组均以连续治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后对治疗效果进行观察和统计。结果:治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为86.89%和77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在用药安全性方面,治疗组也明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合疗法相对于单纯西医常规治疗而言,对于心血瘀阻型心房颤动的治疗效果更为显著,用药安全性也能够得到更多保障。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Patients with blood stasis type of atrial fibrillation.Methods:We selected 122 cases of heart blood stasis type of atrial fibrillation patients,and these patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy,the treatment group was treated with combined therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks is 1 course,and after 1 course of treatment we observe the effect of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 86.89% and 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the safety of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is more effective in the blood stasis type of atrial fibrillation.The safety is high, and it is worth spreading.
