摘要
目的:探讨CT图像后处理技术对肋骨不完全骨折的诊断价值。方法:收治肋骨不完全骨折患者36例,使用GE128层Optima CT660型CT扫描仪,扫描参数:120kV,自动毫安技术,层厚1mm螺旋容积扫描。通过GE AW4.6工作站,多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现技术(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)以及冠状面、矢状面重组等多方向旋转观察。结果:36例患者共发现肋骨不完全骨折92处,表现为骨皮质皱褶42例,单侧骨皮质裂纹21例,一侧皮质凹陷19例,一侧皮质边缘模糊6例。4处骨折于初诊时CT表现正常,2周后复查时见骨痂形成而补充诊断。结论:综合运用多层螺旋CT图像后处理技术可以明确诊断隐匿的肋骨不完全骨折。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of CT technology for its image post-processing.Method:36 Incomplete rib fractures patients,using GE128 layer Optima CT660 type CT scanner,scan parameters:120Kv,automatic mA technology,thickness 1mm spiral volume scanning.By GE AW4.6 workstations,multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),curved planar reconstruction(CPR),volume rendering technique(VR),multi-directional maximum density projection(MIP)and coronal,sagittal restructuring rotating observation.Results:36 patients were found incomplete rib fracture 92,showed cortical folds 42 cases,21 cases of unilateral cortical bone crack,one side cortical depression in 19 cases,6 cases of blurred edges on one side cortex.4 CT showed fractures in newly diagnosed normal,2 weeks after the bone callus formation and complement the diagnosis.Conclusion:The integrated use of multislice spiral CT image post-processing techniques can confirm the diagnosis of occult fractures rib incomplete.
