摘要 目的:探讨骨转换生化指标老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者并发骨质疏松的相关性。方法:收治老年T2DM患者88例,根据受试者的骨密度值分为乙型糖尿病并骨质疏松组(T2DM并OP组,A组)43例和乙型糖尿病无骨质疏松组(T2DM无合并OP组,B组)45例,正常对照组:C组,40例,对比3组血骨钙素(BGP)和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(骨AKP),和尿吡醚(PYD)和脱氧吡啶醚(DPD)指标之间的差异。结果:骨形成指标的变化A组BGP含量明显低于B、C组(均P<0.01);A组骨AKP含量也明显低于B、C组(均P<0.05);A组FS参数明显低于B、C、组(均P<0.01)。骨吸收指标的变化A组尿PYD和DPD含量明显高于B、C组(均P<0.01)。结论:骨转换生化指标有助于T2DM患者骨质疏松症的诊断。 Objective:To investigate the biochemical markers of bone turnover in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients complicated with osteoporosis correlation.Methods:88 cases of elderly patients with T2DM,according to the bone mineral density of subjects were divided into type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis group(T2DM and OP group,A group)43cases and type 2 diabetes non osteoporosis group(no T2DM coupled with OP group,B group)45 cases,normal control group:C group,40 cases,comparing the three groups of Serum Osteocalcin(BGP)and bone specific alkaline phosphatase(bone AKP),and urinary THP ether(PYD)and deoxypyridinoline(DPD)difference between the indexes.Results:Bone formation changes of A group BGP content index was significantly lower than that in B,C group(all P<0.01);group A AKP in the bone was also lower than that of B,C group(all P<0.05);group A FS parameter,C,was significantly lower than that in B group(all P<0.01).The bone absorption index changes of urinary PYD and DPD in A group was significantly higher than that of B,C group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Diagnosis of biochemical markers of bone turnover helps T2DM patients with osteoporosis.
