摘要
目的:食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。手术治疗是食管癌的主要治疗方法,而吻合口瘘是食管癌术后最严重的并发症之一,其发生率平均5%。2012年9月收治食管癌患者1例,术后并发吻合口瘘,通过术前严密观察病情,加强基础护理,落实管道护理、疼痛护理、肠内营养护理和心理护理,患者预后良好。提出重视术前健康教育,早期发现、早期治疗,及精心护理是预防、治愈吻合口瘘的关键。
Objective:Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China.Operation treatment is the main method for treatment of esophageal cancer,and anastomotic fistula is one of the most serious complications after esophageal cancer surgery,and its average incidence is 5%.We treated 1 patients of esophageal cancer in 2012 September with anastomotic fistula after operation.The patient recovered well after operation through the strict observation condition before operation,strengthening basic nursing,pipeline nursing,pain nursing,enteral nutrition and psychological care.Paying attention to the preoperative health education,early discovery,early treatment and careful nursing are the key to prevent and cure anastomotic fistula.
