在急诊护理教学中提高护生护理纠纷防范意识

摘要 护理教学实习阶段是学生从理论走向实践的交界期,由于护生在专业技能层面还处在一个学习的阶段,临床实践经验不足,以及对实习角色转换适应不佳,再加上对相关法律法规没有较为系统的掌握,这些都使得护生在其临床实习过程中非常容易出现一些轻重程度不一的法律问题。因此,在临床急诊护理教学中,对护生不仅要做好理论知识的巩固和操作技能的带教,培养学生的综合应急能力,还要注重培养学生加强法律意识,用法律规范自己行为,减少或避免护理纠纷发生。 Nursing student teaching internship phase is from the intersection of theory to practice,due to the level of nursing students in professional skills are still in a learning stage,lack of experience in clinical practice and the role of the sudden conversion to adapt to poor practice,coupled with the associated laws and regulations did not systematically grasp,making the nursing students are very prone to some legal problems of varying severity in the course of their clinical practice.Therefore,emergency care in clinical teaching,nursing students must not only do the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of teaching,students' comprehensive emergency response capabilities,but also focus on training students to strengthen the legal awareness of their actions with legal norms,reducing or avoid nursing disputes.
