摘要
目的:观察西比灵治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:偏头痛患者入院后随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组仅给予非甾体抗炎药物口服,治疗组除口服非甾体类抗炎药物外,另每晚加服西比灵10mg,疗程30天,同时观察治疗前后患者经颅多普勒(TCD)变化,将两组治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率88%,对照组总有效率72%,治疗组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西比灵治疗偏头痛有显著的疗效,且能明显改善TCD的血流速度。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sibelium in treatment of migraine.Methods:After admission,patients with migraine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group only were gived non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,the treatment group were gived non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,the other per night plus take 10mg sibelium,the period of treatment was 30 days.While observe the transcranial Doppler(TCD)changes of the patients before and after treatment,the results of two groups were compared analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sibelium have the obvious curative effect in the treatment of migraine,and can significantly improve the blood flow speed of TCD,it is worthy of clinical application.
