无创呼吸机治疗慢性呼吸衰竭80例疗效分析

Clinical analysis of 80 cases with chronic respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilator

目的:探讨针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者使用无创呼吸机通气治疗的临床效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用无创正压通气治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率80.00%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者使用无创呼吸机通气治疗能够改善患者通气状态,减少CO2的潴留,有效提升患者生活质量及生存率。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients treated with noninvasive ventilator.Methods:We selected 80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in 2012 April to 2013 October,these patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine drug treatment,and the treatment group was treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of the control group.The effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group(80%)was significantly higher than the control group(62.50%),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator therapy can improve the ventilation state in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,decrease CO2 retention,improve patient quality of life and survival rate.
