霉菌性阴道炎采用制霉菌素治疗的临床价值

Clinical value of nystatin in mycotic vaginitis

目的:探讨应用制霉菌素治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床价值。方法:收治霉菌性阴道炎患者150例,随机分为对照组与试验组各75例,对照组采用达克宁栓开展治疗,试验组给予制霉菌素栓外用与制霉菌素口服药物联合治疗。结果:对照组1周后治愈54例,有效6例,总有效率80.00%;4周后治愈47例,有效7例,总有效率72.00%。试验组1周后治愈68例,有效4例,总有效率96.00%,4周后治愈61例,有效3例,总有效率85.33%。试验组效果明显优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用制霉菌素治疗霉菌性阴道炎可以获得较好的临床效果,不良反应较小,用药过程比较安全。

Objective:To discuss the clinical value of the application of nystatin in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods: From 2010 February to 2012 January in our hospital,150 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 75 cases in each group,the control group with miconazole suppository in treatment,the experimental group received topical nystatin suppositories and nystatin oral drug therapy.Results:In the control group after 1 weeks,54 cases were cured,6 cases effective,the total effective rate was 80%;after 4 weeks,47 cases were cured,7 cases effective, the total effective rate was 72%.The experimental group after 1 weeks,68 cases were cured,effective in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 96%,after 4 weeks,61 cases were cured,3 cases effective,the total effective rate was 85.33%.Effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using the nystatin in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis can obtain good clinical effect,less side effects,drug safety in clinical treatment,worthy of further promotion and application.
