摘要
目的:探讨变异型格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的临床症状、病因、MRI、腰穿及预后,提高诊断率。方法:对明确诊断的10例变异型格林-巴利综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:4例患者误诊脑干梗死,4例误诊脑干脑炎,1例误诊后循环缺血,1例误诊小脑病变。结论:变异型格林-巴利综合征患者临床上易误诊,从而延误治疗的最佳时机,所以应及时行头颅MRI、腰穿等检查,明确诊断尤为重要,使患者得到及时正确的治疗。
Objective:To investigate the clinical symptoms,etiology,MRI,lumbar puncture and prognosis of variant green barre syndrome(GBS),improve the rate of diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 10 cases of diagnosed variant green barre syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Four patients misdiagnosed brainstem infarction,four patients misdiagnosed brainstem encephalitis,one patient misdiagnosed posterior circulation ischemia,one patient misdiagnosed cerebellar lesions.Conclusion:Variant green barre syndrome patients clinically were easy to be misdiagnosed,thus delay the best opportunity for treatment,so should be performed MRI,lumbar puncture examination,diagnosis is very important,so that patients can receive timely and correct treatment.
