门诊是医院的窗口,护理工作是门诊临床工作的重要组成部分,门诊患者的护理质量直接影响到患者的健康状况,有效的护患沟通、准确的病情评估有助于提高门诊护理质量。患者病情评估是JCI标准中重要内容,门诊护理人员必须做好与患者的有效沟通,赢得患者的信赖才能保证患者积极配合,使患者基本信息准确,评估顺利进行。
Outpatient is the window of hospital,nursing is an important component of outpatient clinical work,the quality of outpatient care directly affects the health of the patient,the effective nurse-patient communication and accurate patient assessment helps to improve the quality of outpatient care.Patient assessment is an important part of JCI standards,outpatient nurses must be prepared to communicate effectively with patients,to win the trust of the patient inorder to ensure the patient actively cooperate with the basic information and patients accurately assess smoothly.
