摘要
目的:观察社区康复护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能的影响。方法:对出院后存在吞咽困难的患者按照社区地域分为研究组及对照组,其中研究组37例,对照组32例。观察经康复治疗21天后两组营养学指标变化及临床疗效观察。结果:①出院后21天的两组的营养学指标都下降,且对照组较研究组下降明显。②临床疗效:研究组的总有效率72.9%,对照组的总有效率50%,研究组显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:社区康复护理有助于脑卒中后吞咽困难病人吞咽功能的恢复。
Objective:To observe the effect of community rehabilitation nursing in the swallowing function of the patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:According to the community region,patients with dysphagia post-discharge were divided into study group and control group,the study group have 37 cases,the control group have 32 cases.After 21 days rehabilitation treatment,to observe the change of nutrition indexes of the two groups and clinical effect.Results:①Post-discharge 21 days, nutrition indexes of the two groups were declining,and compared with the study group,the control group decreased significantly.② The clinical effect:the total effective rate of the study group was 72.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 50%,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion: Community rehabilitation nursing can help the swallowing function of the patients with dysphagia after stroke to recover.
