摘要
目的:探讨中药(自制烫伤油)加特定电磁波谱仪治疗各种烧伤的临床效果。方法:收治烧伤患者60例,随机分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。两组均给予清创、抗感染及预防并发症治疗,观察组加用自制烫伤油创面外敷的暴露疗法及特定电磁波谱治疗仪治疗,对照组使用生理盐水100ml加硫酸庆大霉素16万U浸湿无菌纱布包扎的湿润疗法治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:自制烫伤油加特定电磁波谱治疗仪治疗各种烧伤效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of homemade burn oil combined with specific electromagnetic spectrum instrument in the treatment of burns.Objective:We selected 60 cases of burn patients,these patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were treated with debridement,anti infection and prevention of complications.In addition,the observation group was treated with homemade burn oil externally and specific electromagnetic spectrum instrument,and The control group was bandaged with sterile gauze soaked with 0.9% physiological saline 100ml and gentamycin sulfate 160000U.Results:The patients in the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of homemade burn oil combined with specific electromagnetic spectrum instrument in the treatment of burns is significant.
