摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩。方法:收治剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩患者87例。结果:其中78例成功经阴道分娩,均未发生产后出血、感染等产后并发症。阴道分娩者产后1~3天出院,剖宫产术后5~10天出院。结论:剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩有可行性。产后并发症减少、恢复快,利于母婴健康。
Objective:To discuss cesarean section again pregnancy vaginal delivery.Methods:To admit 87 cases of cesarean section again pregnancy vaginal delivery from August 2010 to July 2013.Results:Among them 78 cases were successful vaginal delivery,with not postpartum hemorrhage,infection and other complications.The vagina childbirth patients discharge after postpartum 1~3 days,cesarean section patients discharge after postoperation 5~10 days.Conclusion:Vaginal delivery after cesarean section again pregnancy is feasible.Postpartum complications reduced,quick recovery,conducive to maternal and child health.
