上下颌前牙残根兼重度深覆的固定义齿修复临床特点探讨

To investigate the clinical characteristics of fixed partial denture in mandibular anterior teeth residual root and severe deep overbite

目的:探讨固定义齿修复在上下颌前牙残根兼重度深覆中的特点。方法:收治上下颌前牙残根兼重度深覆行固定义齿修复的患者80例,作为研究对象,均采用牙槽突切除、金属烤瓷桩冠、龈成形术及升高咬治疗。结果:本组80例患者中,经统计示临床治愈48例(60%);显效12(15%);有效14例(17.5%);无效6例(7.5%)。临床总有效率92.5%。结论:依据上下颌前牙残根兼重度深覆临床特点,应用牙槽突切除、金属烤瓷桩冠、龈成形术及升高咬行固定义齿修复,效果较为理想,但针对Ⅴ类患者,需视具体情况合理选择治疗方案,以改善预后。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of fixed partial denture in mandibular anterior teeth residual root and severe deep overbite.Methods:To admit 80 cases of patients with mandibular anterior teeth residual root and severe deep overbite and had fixed partial denture from January 2012 to January 2013,there were as the research object,adopt alveolar bone resection, porcelain fused to metal crown,gingivoplasty and increased occlusal therapy.Results:In the 80 cases of patients,the statistics showed 48 cases were clinical cure(60%);12 cases were excellent(15%);14 cases were effective(17.5%);6 cases were invalid(7.5%).The clinical total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion:On the basis of the clinical characteristics of mandibular anterior teeth residual root and severe deep overbite,fixed partial denture with application of alveolar bone resection,porcelain fused to metal crown,gingivoplasty and increased occlusal,the effect is very good,but the class Ⅴ patients need to depend on the specific circumstances,reasonable selection of treatment,in order to improve the prognosis.
