中药配合艾灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的:观察中药陈夏六君子汤加味配合艾灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为治疗组66例和对照组60例。治疗组采用陈夏六君子汤为主方辨证加味、配合艾条温和灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁治疗,2组治疗4周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束时统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.9%,对照组76.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用陈夏六君子汤加味配合艾灸足三里(双)、神阙、下脘、中脘、上脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe clinical effect of Chenxialiujunzi decoction with moxibustion at Zusanli(double),Shenque, Xiawan,Zhongwan,Shangwan in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:126 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 66 cases and control group of 60 cases.Treatment group were treated with Chenxiasixjunzi decoction combined with moxibustion at Zusanli(double),Shenque,Xiawan,Zhongwan,Shangwan,control group were treated with domperidone, hydrotalcite,treat 4 weeks for 1 course,at the end of 2 courses and statistics curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,the control group was 76.7%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chenxialiujunzi decoction with moxibustion at Zusanli(double),Shenque,Xiawan,Zhongwan,Shangwan in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis is better.
