摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡A1期的临床疗效。方法:收治胃溃疡A1期患者130例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例,对照组予以西医常规疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药方剂胃康汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率93.8%,显著高于对照组80.0%;复发率1.5%,显著低于对照组13.8%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃溃疡A1期疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of stomach ulcers Integrative A1 period.Methods:January 2009~October 2013 A1 ulcer patients treated 130 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in the control group received conventional Western medicine therapy,observed in this group based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine Tang Wei Kang prescription treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency of 93.8% in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.0%;recurrence rate of 1.5%,significantly lower than the control group,13.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of combination therapy of gastric ulcer A1 significantly lower recurrence rate,should be widely applied.
