摘要
目的:总结日常工作中磁共振检查发生的事故、安全问题及防范措施。方法:对两年以来,每日工作日志有关安全事故做分类总结。结果:8例机器停机,由于室温、水温、湿度、液氦泄漏、电源不稳定等因素;6例铁器撞击机壳;2例患者不合作扳脱线圈;3例患者发生幽闭症烦躁哭闹;5例注药后,检查中呕吐;1例夹手;1例有心脏手术史者陪患者进入检查室;1例推车误入检查室(门口);6例发夹没取;3例活动假牙没取;8例带手表、手机。结论:严格执行防范措施,是保证每一位患者安全完成检查的重要环节,也是我们工作人员每天担负的重大责任,不能有丝毫懈怠。
Objective:To summarize daily work,accidents and safety problems identified and preventive measures occured in MRI. Methods:For two years,the daily work logs for security incidents classify summary.Results:8 cases of machine downtime due to room temperature,water temperature,humidity,liquid helium leak,unstable power supply;six cases of iron hit the cabinet;2 patients uncooperative pull off the coil;3 patients occurred claustrophobic irritable crying;five cases after injection,inspection and vomiting; 1 case folders in hand;accompany one case of cardiac surgery who enters the examination room;1 case carts strayed into the examination room(the door);six cases did not take the hairpin;3 cases did not get dentures;8 cases with watches,cell phones. Conclusion:The strict implementation of preventive measures,is an important part of every patient to ensure safe completion of the inspection,but also our staff shouldered major responsibilities every day,there can be no slack.
